Our wine range consists of three core labels.  All three labels are made from our premium cool climate fruit grown on our estate in Murrumbateman.  Our wines display the cool climate characteristics of rich fruit flavours, crisp acid structure and fine, silky tannins.

Reserve Range - A limited production label based on the 'best of the best' concept using our best performing varieties.  We have selected the best parcels of premium cool climate grapes from our vineyard for hand-picking, only the free run juice is used for the Riesling and the Cabernet Sauvignon has matured in predominately French oak for 2 2 1/2 years prior to bottling.

Premium Range - Our cellar door range, picked in the night and crushed in the cool early morning hours to ensure fruit remains cool. The winemaking methods used are traditional while utilising the latest technology. Our whites use only free run juice and our reds all undergo open fermentation prior to basket pressing and maturation in oak for up to two years prior to bottling.  This range is where we have won most of our acclaim.

Winemakers Selection Range - This label is the mainstay of production which offers terrific value for money and a range of fresh, easy drinking wines.  This label is also marketed overseas, currently exporting to Europe, China, Vietnam and Singapore.
